Child Psychologist
Administrative Assistant
Le Cabinet du Psy is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing psychology clinic in Laval.
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients in both French and English. Fluency in Arabic is considered a strong asset, given the diverse and multilingual clientele we serve. The role includes responding to client inquiries, managing scheduling and appointments, processing payments and billing, maintaining accurate administrative records, and supporting the clinic and its clinicians with general administrative tasks.
Experience in a psychology, psychotherapy, medical, or other healthcare setting is considered a strong asset, as discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and sensitivity when communicating with clients are essential to this role.
